A Dramatic Moment

Begin by making a list of 10-15 things that happened to you today- big or small. Then, choose the most boring one. Now write a few paragraphs about that thing, making it sound overly dramatic. Use a thesaurus to accomplish well-developed vocabulary.

(Ex. I raised the knife to cut the apple. The world stood at a standstill as I lowered my arm. Then, with a judicious cut, I finished.)
