World, domestic or electronic rights to the Sales Course book that I am writing. Which one is the best to choose as an American citizen writing my book in the Philippines?

Without an agent, you will likely have a difficult time selling rights outside of your country, so keeping the rights and selling electronically may make the most sense for the type of book that you're writing.

If you are fortunate enough to secure a publisher that has proven success selling rights to foreign countries, then you might consider selling world rights to them, for a higher advance than if you sold domestic rights only.
