no fee writing competition
i write for christian newspaper n i want to take part in writting competition which is free of cost?
ANSWER:
No fee writing competitions are becoming more difficult to find, as the cost to read contest entries is high unless a publication has many readers willing to donate their time. So most contests are forced to ask for a small fee.
However, no fee contests do still exist. You can find them in The Writer's Market, available in most libraries and for a fee online. You might also see Hope C. Clark's book that lists many no fee writing contests. It costs $7.95 for hundreds of listings. See it here: http://www.worldwidefreelance.com/contests.htm
